Tony's Food Shack
Some of Tony’s fondest childhood memories revolve around food. Not fancy food or expensive food, just good food: quality ingredients, cooked with care, in hearty portions. Tony’s appreciation of good food and love of cooking inspired the launch of Tony’s Food Shack.
The Food Shack is hardly Tony’s first foray into the culinary world; he spent most of his adolescent life working in catering and in the kitchens of Italian, Lebanese, and Classic American restaurants. Those experiences not only solidified Tony’s love of cooking but taught him the value of food cooked from scratch and with care. At the Food Shack, Tony makes the meatballs fresh each week, hand presses the burgers, and the pizzas are always made to order.
